Privacy notice

Totes Event (TOTESVERSE EXPERIENCES LLP), "we", runs Circles. We are the data fiduciary for everything you submit here. Questions, corrections and complaints go to enquires@totesevent.com, which is also our grievance contact.

• Name, Instagram handle, follower count, engagement rate and city — to decide who fits a room and to build an invite line-up.
• Email and phone — to send you invitations and to reach you about an event you accepted.
• Communication and delivery address — only so a hamper or product can physically reach you.
• What you delivered after an event (stories, reels, posts, reach) — to report honestly to the brand.

That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your data, and we do not build a list to rent out.

Your record is visible to you and to the Totes Event organiser account. No other creator can see your name, handle, numbers, fee or contact details — this is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the screens.

Lists shared with brands carry name, handle, followers, engagement, verification, city and categories only. Email, phone and addresses never leave Totes.

You tick one clear box at sign-up and we record the moment you did, along with the version of this notice you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing means we stop processing and delete.

You can ask us to erase everything we hold about you from inside your portal, or by emailing enquires@totesevent.com. We action deletion requests and confirm back to you. You can also ask for a copy of your record, or correct anything that is wrong.

Access is protected by a one-time code sent to your inbox — there are no shared passwords. Every export of creator data is logged with who did it and when. If personal data is ever exposed, we will notify affected creators and the Data Protection Board as required.

Event details, guest lines-ups, fees and perks shared with you through Circles are confidential until the event is public. In return, your fee and your contact details stay confidential to us.
